As all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm the next steps. Where a replacement or refund is approved, this will be processed as quickly as possible.
